1. Contact information
2. Age
3. Sex
4. Team or Club name (If applicable)
5. Why you are seeking sponsorship
6. Sport i.e. D/H, X/C, Tri, Road, Track
7. Category
8. Years you have raced
9. Placings (Current)
Due to the large number of applicants Pro Wheel Builder cannot sponsor all athletes. However we encourage you to apply. You will be notified by email within 3 weeks of submission of your resume.
