I needed to replace 1 broken Sapim CX-Ray spoke. I couldn’t find anyone that had them in stock. One bike shop told me they could order them, but I’d have to buy 20 @ ~$65. I found Pro Wheel Builder in Cumming, GA. They had my spoke in stock and could cut whatever length I needed. I drove a long way to them to get my spoke. I was so happy to have my new spoke. I had ProWheelBuilder set up a pair of DT Swiss RR521 rims w/ Bitex hubs for my Ibis Hakka MX. The Stan's Crest set that it came with are probably fine as a backup wheelset, but I have a little more heft on me, and these DT rims are absolutely bulletproof, beautiful, and straight as an arrow. I am planning on buying another 650B set from PWB in the near future that I can use on either of my gravel bikes. These guys absolutey know what they're doing.
