These guys are great! I contacted them to see if i could get my wheels any quicker for a race and they went above and beyond for me. The owner drove 30 min at night to get them to fed ex. Everytime i called i spoke to a person, always polite despite my daily calls. I havnt recieved the wheels yet but im sure from there professional business relations they will be great. Ordered a Velocity Dyad wheel set after falling and destroying my hip as well as my original wheels. I cannot say how impressed I have been with every aspect of my new wheels from Pro Wheel Builders. The ordering process was great. The packing and shipping were impeccable. I had to just look at a perfectly made set a wheels for a couple of weeks.
