These guys are great! I contacted them to see if i could get my wheels any quicker for a race and they went above and beyond for me. The owner drove 30 min at night to get them to fed ex. Everytime i called i spoke to a person, always polite despite my daily calls. I havnt recieved the wheels yet but im sure from there professional business relations they will be great. I’ve known Rich and his wife for many years they are the best of people.
Over the years prowheelbuilder has built many many wheel sets for me road, mountain, and gravel from geared to single speed in all three. They have all been money in the bank dead on and long lasting great rides. He is the go to guy for all your wheel needs.
